Who we are
We're Teri Meacham and Jenny Pinto, REALTORS® with West USA Realty. We live up here, and we work both sides of the deal: helping buyers find the right cabin, home or land, and helping sellers price, prepare and market to buyers from the Valley and beyond.
Mountain property has its own checklist — wells and shared water agreements, septic, forest roads, snow, defensible space, HOA versus no HOA. We've walked buyers and sellers through all of it, and we'd rather answer your questions before you're under contract than after.
