Meet Teri & Jenny

We're Teri Meacham and Jenny Pinto, REALTORS® with West USA Realty. We live up here, and we work both sides of the deal: helping buyers find the right cabin, home or land, and helping sellers price, prepare and market to buyers from the Valley and beyond.

Mountain property has its own checklist — wells and shared water agreements, septic, forest roads, snow, defensible space, HOA versus no HOA. We've walked buyers and sellers through all of it, and we'd rather answer your questions before you're under contract than after.

What to know about buying in Show Low

Show Low is the largest town in the White Mountains and its commercial center, with Summit Healthcare, most of the region's shopping, and lakes like Show Low Lake and Fool Hollow Lake close to town. That makes it popular with full-time residents as well as second-home buyers.

Neighborhoods vary widely. Gated golf communities such as Torreon and Bison Ridge come with amenities and HOA dues; established areas like Cheney Ranch or Show Low Country Club Estates offer more traditional neighborhoods; and the outskirts have larger lots and horse property. We help you compare what each costs to own, not just to buy.

Many in-town properties are on municipal water and sewer, while homes outside city limits may be on wells or septic. We confirm utilities for every property, along with HOA rules if you're planning a rental or bringing an RV or horses.
