This website at highcountryarizona.com (the "Site") is a real estate marketing site operated by Jenny Pinto, a licensed Arizona Real Estate Salesperson (Arizona License #SA712565000) affiliated with West USA Realty. "High Country Arizona Real Estate" is a marketing name used by Jenny Pinto for her real estate practice and is not a separate brokerage or legal entity. All real estate brokerage services advertised on this Site are provided through West USA Realty.

References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Jenny Pinto and, where applicable, West USA Realty. References to "you" mean the person accessing or using the Site.

Acceptance of These Terms

Changes and Termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also revoke your access to the Site at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
