How to request deletion of your personal data

What data we store

When you create an account, we store your name, email address, and any properties you've saved as favorites. If you signed in with Google, Facebook, or Apple, we also store basic authentication tokens to keep you logged in.

How to request deletion

To request complete deletion of your account and all associated data, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Delete my account" and include the email address associated with your account.

We will process your request and permanently delete the following within 30 days:

  • Your user account and profile information
  • Your saved / favorited properties
  • Any login sessions and authentication data
  • Any contact form inquiries associated with your account

What happens after deletion

Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use our services again. Deletion does not affect any MLS listing data, which is provided by the White Mountain Association of REALTORS® and is not tied to your personal account.
